Haven't been updated for a while and not showing as J5-compatible on JED but I can confirm that they work with the B/C-plugin enabled.
My site was upgraded from J4, so whether the extension installs in J5 I can't say.
Would be nice if some kind soul updated the extension Image may be NSFW.
